We are a mother-daughter household in search of a warm, dependable person to join our home as a live-in helper after a short probation period. You’d be supporting my 93-year-old mother — bright, witty, and politically engaged — while helping keep the home running smoothly with light tasks and companionship.
This is not medical care. It’s day-to-day life support:
• Light housekeeping
• Tidying & organization
• Dishes / wiping surfaces / trash
• Stocking the pantry
• Sweeping & general upkeep
• Watering plants
• Moving trash cans
• Small gardening touches (de-weeding + annoying gophers by planting onions!)
At the heart of this role is shared company and connection — not just chores.

Compensation
Probation Period:
• 4–6 weeks
• 10–15 hrs/week @ $20/hr
• You continue living elsewhere during this period
Live-In Phase (after probation):
• $1,500/month
• Private room + all utilities included
• One shared meal weekly
• Ideally a long-term arrangement
