Make-Ready Vendors Needed
Make Ready Central (www.makereadycentral.com) -- a Multi-Family Make Ready company that services the Austin area --is looking for additional vendors to help us service our portfolios as we are rapidly growing.
Pros:
• WE deal with the customer
• WE provide all materials -- you just show up with your tools and work
• WE provide final QC
• WE do the marketing and growth
We also pay off a PO system, so you can spend more hours in the field and fewer behind a computer creating invoices.
We Currently Need the Following:
• Painters (must be able to do drywall and texture repairs)
• General handyman/make ready
• Resurfacers
• Minor renovation trades
• Simple carpentry such as cabinet/baseboard repairs
• Housekeeping/Carpet Shampoo
Please Note: W9 and Insurance (General Liability and Commercial Auto) are required
