Bilingual Part Time Property Manager for a very small complex must live in San Jacinto or Hemet, maintain a specified number of hours monthly & respond to any emergencies during normal business or after hours.
The position would be ideal for a work from home Mom/Dad, or retired senior that has handyman skills.
Responsibilities:
-- Apartment Leasing Ability --Executing Leases, Serving Legal Notices
--Regularly Interacting with Tenants, Makes sure tenants are following rules & regulations
--Recording and tracking completion of work orders
--Quality control inspections
Qualifications:
--Previous experience in property management or related field, prior experience as a property manager is a plus, Familiarity
with real estate contracts and leases.
--Ability to build rapport with tenants
--Proactive problem solving.
--Ability to multitask and prioritize
-- Bilingual English/Spanish
--Must be reliable, able to work independently, dependable, honest, sociable and detailed oriented. Ownership mentality.
--Candidates must possess a valid CA driver's license and can pass a background check.
