We are currently looking for experienced, dependable and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician four our multiple properties within the Greater Los Angeles area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• General repairs: Painting, light fixtures, carpentry, doors, etc.
• Turnover work: Painting, patches, drywall, light plumbing repairs, light electrical
• Routine maintenance and occasional emergency calls
• Other functions as may be required by the position and/or directed by immediate supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience as a handyman or maintenance tech
• Reliable transportation (truck/van preferred)
• Basic handyman tools
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of typical rental property repairs
• Basic computer and admin skills
