Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Fence Repairman who can diagnose problems, communicate clearly with homeowners, and perform quality repairs efficiently. You’ll handle wood and metal fences, gates, posts, panels, and staining touch-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and diagnose fence and gate issues on-site
- Perform post replacements, panel repairs, and gate adjustments
- Operate company-provided tools and materials safely
- Communicate repair needs and completion details with office staff
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude with customers
- Document completed work (photos and notes)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fence or carpentry work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
