Looking for a steady, full-time job with a great team, sure pay and benefits? We are looking for a skilled handyman to add to our maintenance team to help us with the upkeep of our commercial building located in the downtown Los Angeles area.
Handyman Projects such as:
• Electrical – small wiring tasks, install or replace outlets and fixtures
• Carpentry – repairs, door, trim, framing, etc.
• Painting - drywall preparation, patching, caulking
• Plumbing – install, repair or replace faucets and toilets, minor pipe repairs
Job Requirements:
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 5+ years of handyman and electrical experience.
• Able to perform multi-trade tasks in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywalling and carpentry.
• Able to solve problems, assess and fix most issues, but at the same time know when to seek help from the Lead Maintenance Technician.
• Attention to details in all aspects of any assigned tasks.
• Able to lift/move heavy furniture or construction materials.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Work well with the rest of the crew.
• Customer friendly.
• Able to speak and read in English.
• Reliable means of transportation and have your own handyman tools.
• Need to pass the drug test.
• Non-smoker
